Steve Johnson once poured hot metal in a foundry and always thinks of that whenever working on the radio “seems too hard.” Mr. Johnson’s various character portrayals have kept him sane and out of therapy for many years.

"Producer Kenny" has been a part of the Walton and Johnson Show for many years in a more "behind the scenes" role. He began filling in for John when his health started to fail him. He stepped into a more permanent role as John Walton's replacement in 2019 after John Walton's sudden passing.
